Study rules

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of the fee. The studio reserves the right to refuse admission.

  1. Sessions will last 50 minutes.
  2. Every student who practices in the studio, both on the floor and on machines, is aware of the risks that may be involved in doing so, and therefore agrees to and signs a waiver of liability towards the centre.
  3. The staff at the centre warns and instructs about the possible dangers of carrying out sessions both on the machine and on the floor. Payment of the fee implies this consent.
  4. It is strictly mandatory to bring a towel and socks for the use of the facilities. Otherwise, the use of the facilities may not be permitted. The studio wants to maintain proper hygiene and respect towards students by keeping the facilities in perfect condition.
  5. Students may request different schedules depending on availability. The payment of a fee corresponds to a fixed place at a specific time. The schedules and rates are previously established, they will not be modified. The centre will not be responsible for the student’s non-attendance.
  6. The studio has an APP, where changes and cancellations are made, always within the stipulated cancellation or change time that is established in the 5 hours prior to the contracted session. Any transaction must be made through this APP, otherwise, it is considered not made.
  7. In all classes, of any type, it will be necessary to notify the cancellation 5 hours before the scheduled class, otherwise it will be counted as made. If this requirement is not met, the client will not have the opportunity to recover, making it impossible to refund.
  8. Always according to availability, classes will be allowed to be recovered if non-attendance is notified 5 hours in advance. Classes can only be recovered in the same month, and these are subject to availability, and must follow the regulations of each fee according to the number of weekly classes. In no case, recoveries can be accumulated in the following month or subsequent months, nor deducted from the fee price. The studio is not responsible for the student’s non-attendance. In the event of justified medical leave, an official and updated medical certificate must be provided, certifying that the client cannot perform controlled physical exercise such as the activity carried out in the studio. The studio will refund classes not taken in the following month, provided that the doctor certifies that the client cannot perform a slow and controlled activity on the REFORMER, since the studio adapts the classes to each physical condition. Classes not taken will be refunded, always according to availability, and in no case will the money paid for the fee or part of it be returned.
  9. The opportunity to make up classes is a courtesy of the studio, it is not obligated to refund a class not taken.
    Payments through bank will be made before the 1st of each month, and the center may have this place if it has not been paid. Reservations for unpaid fees cannot be kept. Cash payments will be paid before the end of the month prior to the reservation of the fees.
  10. New students who are interested in a place in the studio and wish to block the machines must leave a payment of 20 euros, to be deducted from the chosen fee, as a reservation. If the person finally decides not to take that place, the 20 euros will not be refunded. Since once the person blocks the places, they cannot be marketed in case the person decides not to come.
  11. Students can make their reservations for fixed schedules in advance, through the APP. Students who have variable schedules will do so later so as not to fill places from previous students. Students with vouchers will do so weekly to reserve according to availability.
    If the student is not going to continue attending class the following month, they must notify us 15 days before the end of the month, so that their place can be used for new students. Since the studio has no permanence, registration or management fees, a commitment would be appreciated since the studio blocks the places for the following month, losing the opportunity to market that place.
  12. The studio will remain closed on holidays according to the Balearic Islands holiday calendar. The recovery of these holidays will depend on the availability of places and the voucher contracted by the client.
  13. Places will be reserved according to the fixed schedules of each student and in the case of being affected by a holiday, they will be recovered according to availability and always on the waiting list of students with recovery of classes due to cancellation with the established hours.
  14. Classes not held within the month do not accumulate.
