Services and rates

I present to you the different modalities and options that can be adapted to your interests.

• Pilates Reformer
  Classic Pilates positions and adaptations. Practice focused on postural correction, improved flexibility, coordination, balance and body strengthening, so that we can improve our quality of life
• Pilates Circuit
  In groups of 4 people, we will do a circuit with different Pilates methodology apparatus. We have 2 wall units, a chair and a reformer. It allows you to perform resistance and elasticity exercises more effectively, optimizing results in less time.
  Improves flexibility, balance and body posture. Increases stability and muscle control. Works all muscle groups efficiently and safely.

PERSONAL TRAINING:
   – 1 person, PERSONALIZED individual class: 50 euros per class

DUO CLASSES: SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
   – 2 people, ADAPTED AND SPECIALIZED semi-private class: 25 euros per person

Remarks:

• Flexible vouchers have a duration of 5 months after their purchase, you can reserve your classes weekly
• The fees cover the entire month. Classes can be reserved monthly. Classes not taken within the current month do not accumulate. It is recommended to adapt the reservations so that they are spaced out over the weeks, for greater efficiency and results of the practices.
• Reserved sessions that are not going to take place must be cancelled 5 hours in advance or they will be considered as completed and there will be no possibility of recovery. If you do not use it, remember that another person may take your place. This is included in any service provided by the studio.
• All sessions last 50 minutes.
